About Us

Founded in 2020 and based in North Warwickshire, we are a Community Interest Company and our mission is to get the community ‘more active’.

Working with the individual, Run4You CIC are striving to increase physical activity levels and enhance mental and physical wellbeing by providing accessible and affordable coached activities across Warwickshire, Staffordshire & Leicestershire.

Our clients join us for a variety of reasons, some are starting out on their ‘active’ journey, others join us following injury, illness, or surgery and some want to improve on a specific element of their current training regime.

Everyone, however, has a common goal; to increase their physical activity levels and improve their mental and physical wellbeing.

What We Do

We provide physical activity coaching and weekly classes to get the community active.

What’s more, we are continuously researching novel ways to be active and have several fun group sessions under development, that will inspire and motivate more people to be active.

Our experienced coaching team are also available to provide One2One Run Coaching, Running Technique and Form Analysis, Strength and Conditioning sessions, Performance Coaching tailored to specific sports, Nordic Walking Tuition and Dynamic or Event specific Training Plans for running or strength.

Weekly classes include Yoga with Vicky and Nordic Walking.

We also, proudly host a range of events and programmes to engage and promote
physical activity in the community.

WE ARE ACTIVE

#1 Client Spotlight – Anna

Anna joined us three months ago after an accident that left her with a severed Achilles.  Fortunately the surgeons were able to re-attach her Achilles and so began the slow and frustrating journey back to training and competitive sport.

Earlier this year Anna came 2nd in England’s Strongest Woman (under 65 kg weight category) and is a National Level Masters Strong Woman holding the Silver Dollar Deadlift Record at 230 kgs!!

As you can imagine Anna was not happy to simply lie back and rest but instead she set her sights on the IPF Powerlifting Championships and asked our Strength & Conditoning Coach, Ben, to design a programme and coach her to compete in the under 60 kg Bench Press competition.

Anna competed at the IPF Powerlifting Championships on Friday and took the IPL bench press European Record at 60 kg body weight with a lift of 67.5 kg.

Keen to also start rehabilitation of her ankle, Anna has also been learning how to Nordic Walk with us as she prepares to start training for a personal challenge she has set for 2022. 

In September 2022, Anna is planning to complete the Robin Hood 100, yes a 100 mile event!!

We very much look forward to supporting Anna in all her challenges!!
